Blackjack?

Hi all,

 

Going on the Equinox in 5 weeks and just wondering about different things on the ship. Does anyone know what the usual table minimums are for playing Blackjack? Not a big gambler but wouldn't mind a spin or two!

Minimum table is usually $10.00, though sometimes $5.00 late afternoons.

On our last two Silhouette cruises, they always had one or two $5 tables open.

They try to start high..On one cruise they only had $25 minimum tables open the first night. They quickly reduced that to $10 perhaps due to the pleas of the bored to tears, doing nothing, dealers. $10 seems to be the norm, but we've been on several cruises where they have at least one $5 table open at night.

If there is a $5 table, I would suggest playing at the $10 or higher. The low tables tend to be occupied by people that don't play much.

I agree. I like playing at a $10.00 table. The players tend to be a bit more skilled.

I saw where Celebrity has an app you can download, and then gamble when in international waters. I am going to try it in Nov. on Reflection. Not a big gambler at all, but could be fun doing the blackjack (for hopefullly very low stakes) while husband is prepping for dinner.
