NCL St John Champagne Catamaran Beach and Snorkel VS PowerCat Snorkel and Beach

I've narrowed it down to 2 excursions , the St John Champagne Catamaran Sail and Snorkel or the PowerCat Snorkel and Beach. Has anyone done either, Any insight?

 

I wanted to the the Powercat cause the snorkel seemed better but I read reviews and they only see a few turtles, if that's the case I've swam with the turtles in Barbados, You can't beat that.

 

What's the snorkel like in St John?
