Just back from qm2 5 day cruise

Just back from wonderful short cruise from NY to Halifax and Boston, if anyone has any questions happy to answer.

How well or poorly was the dress code observed in the evenings? When I did this one last year some men wore t-shirts on the dance floor.:mad:

 

Was there any passenger buzz about the coming refit or is that something only we hard core QM2 fans pay attention to?

The dress code was strictly adhered to by the passengers. I observed very few gentlemen or ladies wearing t shirts or shorts after 6 pm except in Kings court. Many long gowns and tuxes on formal night. I was on the short cruise from NYC, however many of the passengers were from England doing a TA. The folks I spoke with were new to QM2 and were not aware of the refit. Very few children on board and they were well behaved. The ship was beautiful as always.

Thanks for reporting back, some of the short cruises get terrible reviews so it's good to hear that you enjoyed it.
