The end of dynamic dining

Vision cruise said last night on tv that R/C while not continue with dynamic dining to the rest of the fleet only on Quantum and Allure?:)

That's exactly what I heard, er... read here on CC. There was a PDF file of a flier put out by RCCL posted here in the Royal Caribbean topic. It looked as if it was directed towards TAs because it used phrases like "your clients". Only Quantum - class will keep DD.

 

Not long ago, the reservation agents at RCCL were accepting requests for DD Choice or Classic for Oasis and Harmony. The last I heard the system at RCCL still had those options, but the flier I saw a couple of weeks ago said the switch would occur automatically--DD Choice would be MTD. DD Classic changes to Traditional dining, early or late based on what you selected for DD.

Based on a recent Anthem blog thread, it seems to me that DD Choice is morphing into MTD. The menus changed 4 times on that sailing. With the addition of DD Classic, the only diff left between ships with DD from those without is the % allotted for MTD.:cool:
