Only1Fatony Posted August 16, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 16, 2015 My wife and I are trying to book vow renewals on NCL Spirit Med cruise. Such a hassle!!!! And their customer service team are quite unfriendly and rude. Made us feel small and unimportant; we are spending good money to enjoy our 5yr wedding anniversary and they don't care how we feel or how they are treating us. Am I the only one who has had horrible experiences with NCL? We got into contact with the president and COO and sent him our story and what transpired. We worked through Group Services, so the only hassle (which was minimal) was that Group Services in Miami would get a request from us, contact the team in the ship, and then get back to us. Our service was very nice, performed by the Captain (we had paid for the deluxe package, which doesn't seem to be an option any longer.)
