I was at the MT luncheon August 30 on the Enchanted. We were told having the luncheon is up to the captain and length of cruise, number of sea days are considered.. This was a 7 day cruise with only one sea day and we had a memorable experience.

I pulled down beverages and all booked cruises came up. It seems every few months there is a tech problem. I was able to print travel summary. Dealing with Princess requires incredible patience!

I sign into my princess account but none of my cruises are showing. It worked fine yesterday! Is anyone else having this problem?

Stockperks will not process 2025 cruises until November 2024. Has anyone used the princess email lately?

I have not received the notice. I will be embarking September 14. This is another reason why I always check cruise critic !

This is the ship that does the world cruise! Imagine facing these problems on a 111 day sailing. I hope Princess compensates all passengers.

Still waiting for medallion net purchase to show on my travel summary.

First red flag was the app did not recognize my login credentials. I signed in with booking #. I booked 14 days one device medallion net with elite discount and hit submit. There was no evidence of a purchase showing on my travel summary. I called the princess # for help, got the Philippines . They could not help me. The charge shows pending on my credit card account. The app is my nemesis!!! I will give it 48 more hours to acknowledge my payment. Has this happened to anyone or just to me?

Problem solved! I set my device back to my home time and date. I can sign in to my Princess account! Now on the ship I will ask others for the correct time.

Thanks for posting about time settings! That's it! I changed the time on my ipad as we are crossing the Pacific. I will return to my home time zone and see what happens!

I am also on the Royal currently and yes it has happened to me. I sign in and I am immediately logged off. I was able to login last week on board but not now. This has happened on previous cruises then ok when I get home. On my last cruise I went to internet person for help. He could do nothing. The forced logoff must come from Princess. Is it they do not want us on personalizer while at sea? Weird! I went to the Internet Cafe and used a computer to get free access to my account. No problem!

Today I attempted to sign in on my ipad and surprise! I was logged in. I am guessing this is Princess website problem. Now the question is Will it work while I am on board?

It remains so weird! Finally after many futile tries I found There is only one way I can get in and that is by using a booking number.

i can log in to Princess.com on my macbook but not my ipad. Thank you all for suggestions.

App is fine. Problem with ipad.

Previously I could sign on to Princess.com both with ipad and laptop. Now I can only sign in to Princess.com on my laptop. While on Enchanted internet manager tried to help but it would not work. I used the computers in the internet cafe and signed on no problem. Has this happenened to anyone ? Maybe there is an IT guru out there who has an answer? Thank you everyone.This has me baffled.

How many points would be considered good for getting perks when the cruise is 14 days?

I tried to book a cruise online today. Instead of seeing available cabins there was an option to find a travel agent. I have never seen this before. I use a Princess Vacation Planner and I was simply trying possible bookings. Thank you to anyone who has information!

I am on Sky Princess March 25 Spain and Portugal. I hope it IS NOT a VIP or prestige cruise! Anyone know?

I received the survey email but I have NEVER received an email offer! I was receiving snail mail offers in 2022 and up until June of 2023 but they have stopped. I do not like the come back offers because they have dates they must be used by.

Is there a way to find out if a cruise is a prestige cruse? As a non prestige player I found myself on board one of these. The casino was packed and no machines available. I saw players with 28000 points playing $8 a slot spin. Way out of my comfort zone! Nightly drawings ? $2000 winners not $50.

I am sorry this has happened and I understand the disappointment. I hope you can find a satisfactory booking on the Sun later in the year. Princess should give priority to passengers scheduled on the canceled cruise.
