They are people employed by Needle.com which is hired by NCL to go online to answer questions about cruising on NCL. You some times see "Kathy" pop up. These "needlers" have expertise in cruising but can't answer questions that would normally be asked of NCL reps.

 

These folks get to sit at home in their jammies, log in and "chat" about cruising! Nice job.:D

There was a Seaward built for NCL in 1970. It was never put into service.
