If I purchase an OBC (In CDN$). And I don't use it all, how is it refunded?

They send you a check about 4-6 weeks after the trip ends.

I just got off the phone with NcL and I am Canadian also and they told me if I pay for my OBC with Visa I will be reimbursed to my Visa card

I have read though, that it can be refunded in Cash...
