No, and as someone who vapes, I think it would be rude to even want to. Vaping is only allowed in areas where smoking is allowed.

Carnival's smoking policy (which includes vaping) is easily found on their website. Smoking areas vary by ship.

Had a question regarding vaping if you could answer. My husband vapes and i want him to bring this on the ship because he is now on the lowest possible nicotine and has not picked up a cigarette in about a year. He carries different flavor juices . Do you have an issue bringing these on the ship?

I've never had any issue. I've put them in a compartment in my checked bag and I've taken them on a carry-on as well. No issues getting them on an airplane either.
