dcipjr Posted August 31, 2015 #178 Share Posted August 31, 2015 Thanks dcipjr, you may have just sold us on it! But we are getting strong votes for horseshoe from the main lobbyist meaning the better half lol. We will see Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Why not do both? We did the St. George's beaches on the first day in Bermuda, when everybody heads to Horseshoe. Then we went to Horseshoe on the second day, and it wasn't crowded at all. Here's Tobacco Bay: And here's Gates Bay / St. Catherine's Beach: I'm sure you can sell your better half on it. :D

ImADaneFan Posted August 31, 2015 #183 Share Posted August 31, 2015 SeaDog, Did you happen to see any Boursin cheese on the buffet spread in the Haven Restaurant? They used to always have it, but it's been missing on my last 2 cruises. :( For those of you that don't know what Boursin is, it's a mild herb & garlic cheese spread. It's wonderful on a fresh, flakey Croissant.:D Linda

dman72 Posted August 31, 2015 #199 Share Posted August 31, 2015 Anybody else think that the buffet food could be a few degrees hotter overall? I like the Eggs Benedict as well, but felt a bit concerned eating them lukewarm, which they usually were. Luckily no GI issues though, eating 2 of them every day. I agree regarding the buffet and most buffets in general. I steer clear from Benedict in most buffets, and that one this morning was in the haven restuarant where they cook to order so i can get them a bit more well done as I like them.
