Aft Cabin On The Nautica 6090

Hi Arnold,

Our favorite cabins are 7116 and 7121 on the seventh deck. Yours will be the same size cabin as ours and a long deck, since they are sandwiched between Owner's Suites. Since there are only six of them on the ship, we keep it a secret or it will be impossible to book the next time.

Hi Arnold,

We paid the extra money for the new Concierge Class on Deck 7 because of the early boarding and two nights dining in both the Polo Grill and Toscana restaurants. There's a list on Oceania's website as to all the "perks" of CC. If you like a refrigerator or VCR and a hair dryer vs. the one on the bathroom wall with a plastic tube, there is one in the cabin.

Keep the good info coming, guys.

We are booked in cabin 6090 for the Trans-Atlantic Cruise March 22, 2006.

Just came off the Norwegian Jewel Trans-Atlantic cruise, cabin 9174, also an aft cabin, squeezed in between 2 suites.

Aft cabins are the only way to go, so sh...., let's keep it quiet.

So any bits of info any of you have, we are anxious to read them here.

We were in Cabin 6059 on Insignia and have just rebooked for next September on Nautica in Cabin 6058. I think the ships are alike in configuration. We were satisfied with Deck 6--no problems. Had B category--no obstructions.

Loved every minute.

Hold on to that cabin. We took the Regatta from Miami to Barcelona in March and just got back. The cabin is nice, but the balcony is awesome. It is as wide as the cabin and almost 10' deep! It's like having an extra room. When the engines were running, which they did all the time, except in Funchal, we did feel a little vibration while in bed. It reminded us of the old "magic fingers" vibrating beds in some cheap motels, except we did not need to feed it any quarters, and we found it very soothing. On rough days (we had a couple) there would be a little jerk to the left or the right once in a while. That is what we are missing now in our own beds. They don't vibrate, and we are not moving.

Laundromat with 4 Maytag washer/dryer stacks on deck 7, port side. You'll need 3 tokens, 1 for washing and 2 for drying. They are $1.50 each, available at the reception.

Iam aware the Pacific Princess does not appear to have the fine furnishings as the Oceanic Ships however we are about to cruise from Sydney to Noumea at the end of this year.We were lucky to score cabin 7121 .Does any one have a pic of this Balcony.

Thanks Antony
