I use my IPHone 6 at the gym all the time. I have an arm band I put it in. Have no problem with sweating and it doesn't use my data. Also no extra device to bring on my cruise. I will use that on my next cruise. If you stream Spotify or any other streaming music you will pay hefty for data. You don't have to pay for music if you have CD's. simply load the music from them on to your ITunes via your computer.

 

Why would you stream Spotify on a cruise ship? Use the offline mode and you won't be needing to stream.

I never stream music unless I am at home with wifi. I was referencing someone else who said to stream Spotify. I only play the music I have downloaded. Streaming Spotify will use your data. Not a good idea.
