Tour Bus Cusco - Puno

Has anyone had any experience with the tour buses from Cusco to Puno? There are several different companies and we're trying to decide. Thanks.

We used Wonder Peru for our trip almost a year ago (Nov. 2014). There are 3 companies, Inka Express, Turismo Mer and Wonder Peru. We settled on Wonder Peru because arrangements were easiest--we did not have to pay in advance, just e-mail them for a reservation. We e-mailed from our hotel in Cusco and the tickets were delivered to us there. We paid in cash at that time. At the time, my elderly father was still alive and we always worried about having to cancel, so the fewer prepaid costs the better. All 3 companies provide pretty much the same tour--we saw the other buses at the stops we made. Apparently Inka Express has a larger fleet so, if there was mechanical problems, they might recover faster. Our trip with Wonder Peru was great and we had an excellent tour guide. The stops were of interest and the lunch was good.
