Will you be on the Hong Kong to Singapore trip in October?

We've had great luck on cruises lining up people with similar interests before we leave. We're widely travelled, experienced cruisers and we particularly enjoy opportunities to experience dining opportunities not available at home (and since we live in Los Angeles that eliminates a lot of possibilities); and excursions that stress scenery, interesting architecture, highend shopping opportunities and informal interactions with the locals; rather than museums and churches. Photography is another strong interest and we'll probably post as least 500 photos of this tripthat anyone is free to download and share. We also enjoy informal alliances for eating on-board more frequently in the speciality restaurants (e.g., 3 couples each book a table for 6 on a different night and then invite each other as their guests); and sometimes hiring private guides to take us to the best restaurants a city offeres. Finally we both know and appreciate wine and particularly enjoying pairing different kinds of asian foods with local wines and beers. If any of these oppoutunities strike responsible chords, please get back to us.
