Balcony Dividers on Anthem - Can they/Will they be opened by request?

Hi Everyone,

First, let me apologize if this question has already been addressed for Quantum/Anthem. I searched, but wasn't able to find a thread that addressed this on the Quantum Class ships. We have booked adjoining balcony cabins on Deck 7 (D8 and D3, if that matters) with our children in one cabin and DH and I in the other. I was wondering if anyone can confirm or deny that the dividers can be opened on Anthem - and if so, what experience anyone has had with the staff requesting them to be opened. I know that it is up to the captain/staff on the ship if they will be opened, but I was just curious if anyone has had a problem when requesting the divider to be opened - if they can be opened like other ships.

They are opened by your Cabin Steward. Just ask nicely and they will unlock them for you. You don't get the whole divide open but just half of it opens, the half by the railing, not the door.

I'll be doing this on my deck 7 cabins in October.
