Just booked Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery. Got a very good rate by calling the actual hotel. Turns out they have a discount for cruisers.:D You can cancel up to 3 days prior at no risk. They were also one of the few who are booking out this far. I went ahead and booked a pre-cruise stay and post-cruise stay there one night each. They have several types of rooms to choose from. I was looking for the least expensive so I went with a total inside room. Saved about $20/night. I will be sleeping not looking out window. The place has pretty good reviews. I'm looking forward to it. Not sure yet if we will need the post-cruise stay, but it is booked...

I just booked a 4-star hotel for $86 in the Convention Center and Warehouse - Arts District for the night before the cruise! I'm thrilled with the results - Hilton Riverside :D
