Copy of Final On-Board charges

I apologize if this is posted somewhere, I did a few searches and couldn't find it.

 

I need to get a copy of my OB charges (essentially, the summary of charges we get at the end of the cruise). The final bill I got at the end of the cruise has been lost. Anyone have any experience getting a copy?

 

I logged into my account on the web site but that doesn't help. Can't even find a "contact us" info. My plan is to call them Tuesday (figuring it will be easier after the holiday) but thought I'd ask here if anyone has had to do this.

I think that once the cruise is finished bills are totaled they send electronically to H/O

If you use a PCC call them and see what if anything can be done.

Call Norwegian. Someone has got to be able to get this to you.

 

We misplaced it once on Celebrity and they emailed a copy to me. NCL should be able to do the same.

 

We also take a picture of our final total from the tv late the last night of the cruise to make sure it's the right amount charged. Has never been an issue.

Thanks for the suggestions. Fortunately I found my copy so I won't need to be working this through NCL.
