Sevis Tours Boat to Saona Island

Have seen a couple of videos of the boat ride supplied by Sevis Tours when doing the Saona Island Carnival Special through Sevis Tours in La Romana. My dh has an really bad back and cannot handle a rough ride on the water in a boat. From the videos we looked at we are questioning if this is still a good choice of tours for us. Can someone who has done this please advise on the amount of bouncing over the water there is? Any assistance will be appreciated very soon as we are leaving in another week and a half for our cruise.
