eDocs and choking in separately

Hello,

 

We are 2 couples staying in the same room. We will be getting to the port at different times and checking in separately. I assume they will need a copy of the eDocs. How do I get this to them as I am the one with the login to myNCL? I guess I could print it to a PDF and email it.

Exactly like that - I always save (print) to PDF at first so that I have digital copies too (automatically also on my mobile devices via Dropbox) and only those papers that actually need to be printed, I print.

 

Actually eDocs are not required but make the process of getting into the terminal a whole lot easier.

It's obviously someone you trust so why not give them the login info and let them print it out themselves?
