"wheelchair accessible" beaches?

hello everybody

we would like to spend a day on one of the wonderful beaches of antigua. because i am wheelchair dependant it is not that easy...

one option is to take a daypass from jolly beach hotel or pineapple beach hotel so we can use the hotel facilities (toilets etc). but it is quite expensive with $75 per person. $150 for 4 - 5 hrs beach time is quite a lot!

do you have any hints where else to go? or at least: would it be worth spending the 75 bugs?

the access to the beach must not have deep steps from the pathway to the sand and need to have shadow.

thanks very much! :)
