Who is in charge of the VIFP benefits?

I haven't cruised on Carnival in more than 20 years , but I am platinum in the VIFP Club. What is the name of the position that heads the VIFP Club onboard and where is their office located? Thank you in advance for the answer. Happy to enjoy a Fun Ship Cruise, again.

There is no one on board the ships that have anything to do with the VIFP. There is just a few perks you get with Platinum status.

Nobody on the ship is really 'in charge' of it.

 

Whoever is 'in charge' of Vifp on the corporate level should be fired.

At Guest Services there is a special line for Platinum and above.

OP, I believe you might be talking about the way Princess does it with the specialist onboard who has there own office and can take care of anything you need when it comes to the loyalty program.

 

Carnival does not have this. You can go to GS and talk to someone but most of the time they have no clue about what your VIFP is except for what is on the screen.
