Mangrove tour- ship or tour company?

Hello! I am interested in the mangrove tour and wondering if anyone has recommendations on booking with the cruiseline or direct with a vendor. I am sailing on Princess, and they have a "Wildlife Sanctuary, Kayak, Hike & Snorkel." It costs $90, and says it lasts four hours.

 

VI Eco Tours has a similar tour for $79.

 

Of course the Princess tour includes transportation to the site, but VI would be on our own getting to and from. Does anyone know if Princess uses this company, or otherwise how they might compare?

It is the same company. Transportation from Princess dock is approximately $12 pp each way. If you book on your own, the group will most likely be smaller.

Yes, I've taken the tour, and we had a fabulous time! One of the high school girls in our group was on the swim team, and she was able to swim far out and saw lots of fish.
