Cabin 9099 on Constellation - Comments?

Cabin is under pool deck, but right above you are sunbeds which are tightly packed so no one can scrape and scratch about. Plus on deck people have barefoot flip flops. On Deck 9 itself the corridor to the I Lounge is not too noisy and not too many people using it as a short cut. It's very handy on 9 to be able to pop up and along for water and coffee 24/7.

We stayed in 9099 on a transatlantic last year. I guess the flipflop people didn't go on our cruise because there were lots of heavy footed walkers early in the morning plus chair scraping from early morning deck cleaning. The worst noise was from any band on deck. You basically have to be willing to stay up as long as the band is playing. But it's not like there is a loud band/party on deck every night. Other than the noise issues, the location is nice.

If I had to do it again, I would get a cabin farther back under the buffet. People on our cruise in one of these rooms said it was much quieter.
