Overnight in St Maartens, any ideas?

We have been to St Maartens twice and last time toured with Bernard which was wonderful. This next cruise is an overnight in St Maartens. Any ideas for an evening on St Maarten's?

We have been to St Maartens twice and last time toured with Bernard which was wonderful. This next cruise is an overnight in St Maartens. Any ideas for an evening on St Maarten's?

 

I would spend sunset having cocktails and dinner in Grand Case and go to a beach bar such as La Bamba for drinks and a dance lesson or dancing depending on the night of the week.
