My Wife and I are on the upcoming Star Transatlantic but we are also on the following six day western Caribbean cruise.

We are in the same cabin for both cruises so I'm assuming our clothes can remain in the cabin at the end of the first cruise.

Will we have to get off of the ship and recheck in, or will we just get given new cruise cards onboard before the first cruise ends.

Thanks

As you will be having the turnaround day in US, you will need to exit the ship for it to be cleared (US government regulation) but you will not need to go through the checkin process again.

You should get instructions on how to proceed delivered to your cabin closer to the end of the first leg and if not, go to guest services maybe on the second to last or last full day of the cruise.

We have done that in the past. Demonyte is correct in that in the US the ship must be zeroed down so you will need to leave the ship. You will receive In Transit pass so you will not need to check in again. Take your passport off the ship with you since, having just completed a ta, you will need to go through immigration.

Since you have the same cabin you leave your things just as if it were another port stop.

On all of our b2b cruises we have been given a letter with directions and our In Transit passes.

Thanks for the info,

If you drink liquor: on the last night of the first cruise, go to the liquor store on board and buy what you'd like to drink for the second leg. You should be able to take it directly to your cabin. Enjoy!
