Ecstasy Chef's Table ?

Doing 4 night Ecstasy out of Miami (Key West/Cozumel. Does anyone know what night the Chef's Table is? Trying to book excursions and do not want to get back on board too late in pm.

Anyone? I know that the day and location are not assigned ahead of time.

 

Trying to decide if I want to risk booking an excursion in Cozumel. Worried that if I DO book something and it may conflict with Chef's Table. I am one of those people who like to book as much ahead of time as possible.

Didn't do the Chefs Table, but I did see them doing it on the last night of the cruise (Sea Day). They were doing it in the Library on Ecstasy.

When we did the Chef's Table it was the last day in the library as stated previous. If I remember correctly we met at 6:30. This was 2 years ago, but the exact same intenerary.

Hi! My Wife and I typically enjoy an "experience" when dining, so we thought we would give the Chef's Table dinner a chance. This dinner was truely the HIGHLIGHT of our trip, it is worth every penny, and we will absolutely make sure that we book our spot for this dinner with every cruise we take in the future! I would recommend booking this dinner as soon as you get on the ship, as there are only a small amount of spots each night. I don't remember the exact time it started, maybe 6:00 or 6:30? You start with a champagne reception (and your glass is refilled throughout). You then receive a tour of the kitchen, which is very impressive! As you continue to sip champagne, you receive the most delicious and unique hors d' oeuvres!! After your tour, you are escorted to a private dining area. You choose a wine to accompany your dinner, which again, is refilled throughout your meal. Each course is beautifully presented, and a description is given in regards to the preperation techniques. There are several other surprises throughout the meal.....but I won't spoil it for you :)

We were on the Ecstasy for the 10/5/15 sailing and Chef's table was on the final night (sea day). We didn't do CT this cruise but had a nice visit with Danny, the chef who does CT.
