ibrinn Posted October 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2015 I am confused. NCL has given us 350.00 non redeemable OBC as compensation for an error they made during the booking process. Can I redeem this OBC in the casino for cash?
Moby0215 Posted October 4, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 4, 2015 I am not sure but any withdrawals in the casino from onboard account has a 3% fee. Also if DSC was not your free perk then approx $189 would go towards that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You can, however take it out in the casino and pay the 3%.

So you could take it out paying the 3% fee and then deposit it back to your account and pay the DSC [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

ibrinn Posted October 4, 2015 Author #6 Share Posted October 4, 2015 My DSC is covered through one of NCL's offers. So are the speciality restaurants. I would like to cash out NCL's OBC at the casino (minus the 3%) to use as cash in the casino. Is this possible?

On the newer ships, if I recall correctly, you can download funds from your account directly to a machine you wish to play. I don't recall seeing any mention of a charge for doing this, but that could have just been an oversight on my part. Gamble enough and they will waive the 3% fee ;-) Rochelle Edited October 4, 2015 by rochelle_s
