Travelling Solo - Jewel

Hi,

i wondered if anyone had experience of travelling on the Jewel solo. I have been on the epic and soon to go on the getaway and wondered if there is a solo gathering on the jewel also,

There will be something, you'll have to check the Daily for the information but don't think it will be like the solo gatherings on the ships that have studio cabins. It might be hit or miss. Your best bet is to go to your roll call and see if any solos might want to go to dinner together on the first night.

I agree Join the Roll Call for both your Getaway and Jewel cruises.

 

I sail solo all the time. I will be on The Getaway in December and The Jewel in Janaury.

Just because you are traveling solo doesn't mean you are relegated to talking to only other solos. Be sure to sit in spots where you will be social and strike up a conversation.

On The Jewel, Java Cafe in the lobby.

 

Join the Roll Call for your cruise as soon as possible. Great way to talk with others on your cruise and make plans with them.

 

I am on a Roll Call for The pearl for November 28, 2016 and have already met sime interesting people and we are beginning to make plans.
