A beach is right there where you get off the ship. Great places for massages. My wife and I did a couples 1 hour for $20 each. Safe, proper and clean. reedy8 Posted October 14, 2015 #4 Share Posted October 14, 2015 But which beach is it. I've been to Phuket a number of times and are wondering which one we'll visit. Hi Ubkra Its seasonal. In high season which is November through until about April RCCL tender off Patong Beach. You can see where if you google earth Patong Beach http://cruiseportwiki.com/Phuket click on the right map and there you can zoom in & out and drag the map up & down. At the bottom of the bay and at the top of the bay you can see temporary piers and you can see tender boats going out to a ship in the bay. The main street along the beach not far from the pier has a number of bank exchanges places. During rainy season the ships dock at the port which in the south of the island. There is a good modern shopping centre in Patong called Jungceylon, with Robinsons Dept store, nice to have air conditioning.
