Infopop Losing it

4 times this morning, I've tried to log onto Celebrity group of posts. 4 times I get:

 

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

Connection Failed

The system returned:

 

(111) Connection refused

 

4 times I have either warm booted or just shut down, took a shower & came back to still get it. After a 2 hour break I finally got connected.
