I have never seen HAL ships dock at Marina Bay Cruise Center, so I would expect them to dock at Harbourfront. But best to check the website closer to the date.

Good news.. The schedule for February is out.

 

There is a Volendam departure on the 16 February 2016 leaving at 4pm. And is at the Singapore Harbourfont cruise center.

 

On another note, you will miss the Rotterdam by just 1 day. It did be great to see two Hal ships side by side in Singapore.
