Glad to hear that with the exception of a few misses, you are mostly enjoying your BTB cruises.

 

Imagine my panic when I woke up to find an email in my box from Cil's son saying he had dropped her off at the bus, but that her passport was left behind in the car. "Will she need it to board the ship?" he asked, to which I said "absolutely" and he made the 9 hour RT drive to get it to her.

 

I spoke with her yesterday and she is well rested and glad to be home. She didn't tell me about the trouble with the scooter at the end of the cruise.

 

I look forward to reading the rest of you posts. Have a wonderful finish to your BTB cruises.

However, the real problem came when the entrees arrived at 10:20.

 

Gail, we had the same problem on our May 24th Summit cruise and they were having Liars Club in the theater at 10:30 pm that evening. We got up and left dinner to go. Our waiter, asst. waiter and Maitre'd all knew we were disgusted by the service.

 

I did contact Celebrity after the cruise regarding the poor service we had in the MDR on that cruise. I guess they didn't do much to solve the problem if you had the same thing happen 5 months later.

It has been years since I have read posts from you..I had a stroke last year and have not been active on the boards. We met on the disastrous Mercury cruise years ago...How are you doing???

Hello.  Cruised with Gail back in 2006 on Millennium.  Haven’t booked a Celebrity since but will be on Silhouette in March and  remembered how active she was in boards and what a pleasure it was to meet her.   Anyone have any idea what’s happened to her?

We cruised with Gail a couple of times including Horizon last summer in Bermuda.

I think of her occasionally, she seemed to be one of the original Live posters.
