*Everyone* changes levels and at some point, is "just" one point, two points, three points............away from the next level.

 

RC has established that points are actually credited AFTER a cruise is over and completed. THAT is when points exist in your account. THAT is when any level change occurs.

 

Period.

 

Really not hard to understand.
