After cruise questions - Freedom 10/18

Hey all,

 

Just returned from Freedom of the Seas and had a fantastic time - I'll post a review soon. But the staff was AMAZING

 

However, I got a call from my bank asking me about charges from Royal Caribbean. I knew my exact SeaPass amount as I checked it before 11pm (and a number of times after that) the night before we returned to Port Canaveral. My bank said that there were 2 charges. One - the SeaPass amount and a second charge. All my bank knows is that there were charges - and the amount. Not what it was for.

 

Has this happened to anyone else? And - if anyone knows (BOB!) who do I call about fixing this? Do I just call the regular number and ask for resolutions? I've heard that they give you a hard time.

If you think you have been charged in error, call Post-Cruise customer service: (800) 256-6649.

 

Many times it is an erroneous mini-bar charge.

Yes, erroneous mini-bar charge in our case.

Thanks Bob. I hope they don't think it's mini bar charges - as we had the Ultimate Package and certainly wouldn't drink or eat $110 from our room. Did they give you a hard time?

Not at all, they were very helpful and took off the charges.
