cant sign in on carnivals site

Does anyone know if the site is having problmes or is it just my tablet?

I want to sign in and start filling out all my paperwork.

I put in my user name and password and hit the submit button and nothing happens. Ive tried it on google crom and explorer? Im using a tablet but ive never had this problem on any other site

I was just on the carnival site and was working fine for me.

No issues here for me either but there is a noticeable "lag" after hitting the submit button of 30-45 seconds before it actually logs in. Doesn't sound like much but when you are used to 3-5 seconds normally, 30-45 seconds can seem like an eternity.

 

When using a phone or tablet, I have also had more success using the "desktop site" rather than "mobile site".

The website has been having problems for over a week. I have heard of people not being able to login. Most problems seem to be bookings disappearing. They exist, we just don't have access. I think is mostly the Magic.

I tried yesterday and kept getting an invalid username/password, which couldn't be because I'm know my info. Today when I enter info and click sign in, I get nothing, it freezes.

Sounds like they are just having good problems then. I signed into the funville forum no problem, left a message there but no one has answered

I guess I will just try another day :mad:
