FJTinSC Posted September 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 29, 2005 We are booking an eastern caribbean on Navigator, what is best Port or starboard for the best views in San Juan, St. Thomas, and St. Maarten?
cindybythebeach Posted October 6, 2005 #2 Share Posted October 6, 2005 Just returned from Navigator Eastern and had port side balcony. We had excellent views coming into San Juan of the fort and when docked we overlooked the pier and town. In St. Thomas we overlooked the harbor. In St. Martin we did not have a great view, we overlooked some barges. Coming into Nassau we could see Atlantis. We were on the pier side when docked in Nassau and we overlooked the Disney Wonder. serene56 Posted October 6, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 6, 2005 Sometimes it depends on when the ship arrives.. in one port --the port side will face the port-- and the next port the other side will face the port. If the ships always "parked" on the same side-- people will only want to buy those cabins and leave the otehr side empty
