Port of Tampa car rental?

Does anyone know if there are any car rental agencies at or near the port? Or any rental shuttles that will pick you up?

Shuttle service available to the servicing location, or cab fare reimbursed with receipt.

Sunday: Marriott Waterside, 700 South Florida Avenue

cab fare wiill be reimbursed up to $10.00.

 

Also I have seen the Alamo/National bus at the port on cruise day.
