dano640 Posted September 30, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 30, 2005 Am travelling in march with wife and two sons originally wanted adjoining cabins but they were not available, got owners suite 8314 instead, will this be good? and is the balcony a decent size? This is our first cruise any input or suggestens appreciated.
Merion_Mom Posted October 1, 2005 #2 Share Posted October 1, 2005 An Owner's Suite is HUGE. How old are your sons? Sons are easier than daughters when it comes to bathroom-usage, but four in one bathroom can still be a challenge. Even if you couldn't find two "adjoining cabins", are there two next to each other, without that adjoining door? If I could, I would rather have two cabins just for the extra bathroom. The boys' cabin wouldn't have to be a balcony cabin, either - they could come hang out on yours.
transam84 Posted October 1, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 1, 2005 8314 on AOS? As far as I know that cabin number is not an OS on AOS. It is a deluxe oceanview on Deck 8. All GS and OS are on deck 10 on AOS. We booked a GS on AOS and also looked into the OS. They all appeared to be on deck 10 with numbers in the 1200's to 1600's. 8000's are on Deck 8. Hope you typed the wrong number by accident, if not you may want to check your room to be sure it really is an OS. Good luck. Hope you get the room you expected. wrp96 Posted October 1, 2005 #4 Share Posted October 1, 2005 On another thread they said Owners Suite 1314 so I think it was just a typo on this thread.
