Because of privacy concerns, DCL will not entertain requests for such information. Hopefully someone cruising prior to your cruise will be able to find out for you. Have you checked the roll call forum to try to identify someone going on Fantasy two or three weeks before your trip ?

Crew Members often move from ship to ship, particularly at the beginning of a new contract. Sometimes it's at the CM's request and sometimes due to the company's operational requirements. We have seen the same dining server on two of the ships, and one of the bar attendants on three different ships; talking with him, we learned that he has been on all four ships at various times.

Unless the CM in question gave you an e-mail or FB info (they aren't supposed to, but we all know it happens), there is no way to contact them. Someone who is on board can find out if they are scheduled to be there for your cruise. DCL will never release the info as it would violate their privacy rules.
