Carnival Corporation's website states under Shareholder Benefit that "anyone traveling under a reduced rate or complimentary rate are excluded from the benefit".

With all of the constant sales on the Carnival website, how does anyone ever qualify to receive the Shareholder Benefit? People post all of the time that they receive the benefit and I don't understand how this can be with all of the Carnival sales on the website.

Maybe John Herald could reply? I don't have facebook so it would be nice to hear from him here on this board?

I have never had a problem getting the benefit. I think it refers more to the reduced rate such as travel agents get, group bookings, etc. I guess they could get particular, but then probably no one would qualify.

We've never had a problem having our shareholders OBC put on with sales of casino deals etc That said if it became a problem I'd be pissed

But just with the OBC since owning Stock we've made more then any Interest in a bank etc Way Ahead 👍👍😜😜🍹🍹

We put in for our benefit on all the cruises we take and have been able to receive them. Put in for them and let Carnival check and see if you are able to get them.

well we were denied with a Pack N Play promotion.

I double anyone pays full brochure rate for a cruise so with their website wording they should be turning down the majority of requests.

Call and ask their reasoning. We've gotten the OBC on last minute guarantee rates.
