snorkeling in mexico,PV,or ixtapa?

:) Hey everyone

Im still trying to figure out what to do at each port in mexico,,,

ive been to cabo, water is rough,

any suggestions on the best port to snorkel at ? from the beach, family member is going who cannot swim well...

ixtapa? or PV?

any suggestions or tips i would appreciate ,,
