How many tables are held back for onboard booking?

Recommended Posts

So I'm trying to figure out dinner for our group on the Allure. I was trying to make reservations at Izumi for 7 people (won't let me link reservations for some reason...because we have different TAs?). I made reservations for my cabin at 6pm, and then proceeded to log into the other cabin's cruise planner to make the same reservation. Lo and behold, it wasn't available.

What should I do? If we go to Izumi immediately after boarding, do you think we'd be able to reserve a table? We're not planing on doing the hibachi, just regular.

Thanks. :)

That's what I would do, go imemdiately after boarding. There's no way to predict if that will work for you, but we have had good luck with that,

Thanks Bob. I'm sure I'd be able to find at least one specialty restaurant that would be able to seat our group.

I'll shoot for the WJ if that doesn't work out.. :p

You should not have problem booking.

Once we boarded their were cruise ship workers selling packages of 3 -4 and 5 night dinners with bonus discounts.

You may not get the exact time you want by waiting till you board, but you will get the venue................eventually.

If you do not see a worker walking around with fliers on boarding day then go to one of the venues.

If you need an specific date and time, book that one on line, then when you board go to any specialty restuarant and modify your plans.

The worst case scenario to get any deals would be to cancel your on-line and rebook the time on board with the discounts.

Enjoy, they want to sell these venues and they will be more than willing to help.
