I saw my first hover board onboard the Celebrity Equinox last month on a cruise.

 

The last stage show had them. Never seen one before.

 

I think 3 or 4 had them in a number performed. They did well, but all I could think of is me trying that and ending up in the infirmary. LOL

Reserve fire fighter here. In the last month I have personally attend 3 fires caused by these devices whilst charging. In our county, there have been 7. The cheap Chinese imports do not meet international let alone strict EU requirements for safety. And they are predicted to be the one of the biggest Christmas gifts this season. UK customs just seized 20,000 of these unsafe devices before they entered the market.
