We will be in Grenada on a Sunday in late January. We plan to take a water taxi to Great Anse beach. Does it run on a Sunday. We would also like to 'do' something else. Is there a spice market open? Is there anything else to do close to the ship?

Sunday tends to be very quiet in Grenada unless we have a ship in port. The water taxis will be running as will the land taxis. Shops inside the cruise ship terminal will be open and so should the Vendors Market on Grand Anse Beach.

As they even worked Christmas Day I would suggest if you want a great sightseeing tour and loads of Grenada information coupled with a snorkel inside the Marine Protected Area which includes the underwater sculptures contact grenada seafaris. Tour is 2.5hrs so perfect to fit in as "anything else" to do :)
