The Hill

I've done some reading on Roatan and from what I've seen, it looks like to get to the private vendors you must walk up a hill. I've tried to look on google earth to get a better look but I haven't been able to find it.

 

Can anyone give me a description of where to go? How steep an incline? How long of a walk etc?

 

If you have pictures or a map that would be amazing.

 

I did read that there are also taxi's that will take you over it for a couple dollars. Just trying to see if that's really necessary.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Just wait till you get there, once you see it you can decide, no one knows better than you if its to much of a burden , if you walk it great, if you choose a taxi ride up its only a couple dollars

I definitely will if it looks too large. I'm a planner so I like to know what I'm in for if possible though.
