Escape- Dining Package?

Just booked Escape at what seemed to be a great price for 1/2/2016. Got drink package and dining package (4 nts specialty dining). What restaurants can I book with that 4 nt package? I know it includes Cagneys, Moderno, Le Bistro, La Cucina and the Teppenyaki place but what about the ones unique to Escape? Not interested in Margaritaville but the Tapas place, Bayama sound good- included? How about the John Hughes dinner theater place?

 

Also, does Vibe on this ship work the same way? No pre-booking so go to guest services immediately?

You can use the SDP on your list above and Bayamo, Supper Club and Pincho (all with an extra upcharge).
