cruise has been paid in full and we also included post cruise transfers in your booking...just wondering if anyone has cancelled them and if so does it become an OBC or do they credit the form of payment?

Are you before or after final payment date ?

I have cancelled, but I remember there is a cutoff point where the transfer becomes non-refundable. I think you can cancel it online, but if I remember correctly my PVP did it for me when I did it. It was refunded to the original form of payment.

One cruise I was unable to get to the embarkation city due to flight cancellations, and I was not able to get the airport transfer refunded. So that is how I know it becomes non-refundable at some point. I'm thinking at 5 days prior it becomes non-refundable.
