15 year anniversary in Barbados, what to do?

Hello, we will be celebrating our 15 year anniversary with a cruise. We will be in Barbados on our anniversary, so I would like to do something special. My husband loves photography and I like to shop and see the sites. We do enjoy some water activities, but are not lie on the beach all day kind of people (we are both super pale & burn like lobsters!)

I would get a private tour/taxi or rent a car and go to the east coast...beautiful photo ops...
