Formal nights on harmony

Yes, currently they are planning on traditional and My Time dining which typically have two formal nights per 7 day cruise.

Dynamic Dining has been cancelled for any other classes besides Quantum.

Yes, sometime early this year Royal said they were cancelling (not postponing) the rollout of Dynamic Dining to ships other than Quantum class.

I actually like dynamic classic as I do like having the same waiting staff :)
