RCI UK Wesbite Cruise Booking

Hello,

 

I have never used the RCI Website to book a cruise before, always T/A or on the phone.

 

I have just used the website, and it took the £50 deposit ok.

 

The booking is now showing up as "On Hold" in my cruises.

 

Is this because the deposit was lower than the normal £150pp?

 

Just curious to know of anyone else who has a made a booking on the website in the previous month and seen the same thing..

I have just booked online and paid the $900 deposit requested, but got a confirmation email stating that I had paid $690!

The RCI website is an absolute disgrace and has been for some time.

Anddd now it's moved into "Purchased"..

 

Obviously the really real-time website isn't that real time!
